Saturday, September 20, 2003, my wife and I attended Science Central’s Breakfast with Beakman. From the hit “Children’s” saturday morning science show, Paul Zaloom (Beakman’s real name) presented a fine show that made for fun entertainment. The only thing that bothered me was the kids. Many of them had that bored, arrogant, this-is-so-simple-it’s-beneath-me attitude, unwilling to let themselves be entertained.
