How to drive customers away

Based on dealings with other company’s, here is a simple list: How to drive away clients and lose business
- Don’t clearly explain problems
- Don’t return your clients’ calls (voice, email, etc)
- Use software that you lack experience with
- Use software that is unsupported
- Don’t provide status updates to client
- Don’t test solution before putting into production
- Don’t provide means for client to monitor system
- Keep telling your client “Just one more…” (also, “nickel and dime” them to death)
